General
Booking

Payment
Booked places are guarantee payment, cancellation cannot take place later than 4 weeks before arrival payment responsibility applies. Figeholm has the right to charge beds that have not been rented out for the period. Your booking is valid when you have received booking confirmation from us.
Housing distribution / debiting
The price for the accommodation is based on a long stay. Guests staying for a short time, less than 7 nights, who wish to leave the accommodation over the weekend must pay for nights regardless of use. Figeholm reserves the right to fill up each accommodation in order to optimize accommodation, even if this means that the guest may share the accommodation with another guest / company.
Payment
Payment is made upon check-out and key return to reception. Figeholm charges every night until we get the key back, the accommodation must then be left in the agreed condition.
Only payment via card or invoice applies. Figeholm is cashless. Guest pays extra for own cabin or cabin not fully occupied.
Smoking in the accommodation or indoors in our premises is prohibited.
At 08:00-16:00 weekdays. Other times the key is collected and left in the key box. The reception is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Cleaning takes place once a week. In general accessible areas in the cabin
- Kitchen, wc living room, own rooms if they are available
- You get new bed linen every 14 days (note that we ask you to put used bed linen and towels on the floor yourself if you want new ones)
- You get new towels every week
- Your WC is cleaned once a week
Cleaning Schedule
Monday: Hotell 1 and 2, Enbärsvägen, Hasselvägen, Duvvägen (Rallarvägen)
Tuesday: Truttenvägen, Aspvägen och Granvägen
Wednesday: Cypressvägen, Husvagnar och Hotell
There will be a simpler cleaning every day (toilets and kitchen counters)
Smoking in the accommodation or indoors in our premises is prohibited.
Garbage collection is not included, each guest is responsible for emptying garbage in the designated place.
The guest is expected to follow the facility’s rules about order and well-being. At kl. 23.00 night silence prevails.

Grocery Store and Pizzeria can be found in Figeholm 2 kilometers from Figeholm konferens.
As a guest at the audit-accomodation you have access to laundry room, tenniscourt, soccerfield, beachvolleycourt, canoes and bicycles. Ping-pong room is in the hotel building next to the gym. For booking please contact Figeholm konferens.
